La verdad sobre la práctica de ejercicio, estrés oxidativo, y su salud

Esto es para el beneficio de todos. Todo tiene su limite, así que "Cuidado" con sobre ejercitarse o tomar cosas que le puedan producir un exceso de estrés oxidativo. Y esto incluye un exceso de OE (dióxido de cloro), peróxido de hidrógeno, terapias de ozono, etc., en cantidades altas (pero lejos de lo que recomendamos aquí), ya que en exceso y uso continuo por mucho tiempo, fuerza el cuerpo a sobre oxidar (estrés oxidativo) de manera anti-natural, lo cual a la larga, daña el DNA en tan solo 3 semanas (ver referencias científicas adjuntas). Si uno hace ejercicios controlados, uno tiene control y sabe donde parar para que no haya un exceso de sobre oxidación. Y todo queda en balance. Si el estrés oxidativo es causado por algún "agente" externo, el cual el cuerpo no puede controlar o regular y este causa un exceso de oxidación, los resultados pueden ser perjudiciales para la salud y mas si es algo que este causando esto "por un periodo de tiempo extendido". Aquí la verdad de que el estrés oxidativo es beneficial para la salud "siempre y cuando no se exceda un limite", porque todo tiene limites! El punto es, que ya sea de manera natural o de manera artificial que se este llevando el cuerpo a estres oxidativo, no hay problemas, siempre y cuando no exceda un limite dentro de los parámetros naturales.
